Wanted: Scans of TV21 Dalek Chronicles

Does anyone out there have copies of the Dalek Chronicles that used to appear in TV21 back in the 1960s? I know they appeared about 10 years ago in reprinted form when DWM did that Classic Comics series, and I am really anxious to get my hands...

I'm having some trouble accessing the BTR chat-room. Whenever I click to enter, instead of the chatroom, up pops a page with the words 'BTR Opinion Forum - Chat', the BTR Banner, and nothing else. Can anyone help?

OK, not quite - but as part of my current attempts to clean up this pit I call a bedroom in preparation for my move to Hervey Bay, I located the following scripts which is more than likely the first ever scripted pieces of BTR work. Written by me in 1992 & 1993 respectively, with the first of the two actually getting recorded on New Years Day 1993, I now present them both in their original glory, with not a single change made to what I am transcribing below:

taking a cue from a recent dwm article ("it's the end, but..." in #335), i've taken it upon myself to attempt double-translating various dw titles. the idea being that you use one of the babelfish facilities on the net to translate a dw title into another language (i can confirm that japanese and korean offer best results), then translate the mess of unrecognisable characters back into english.

while this clearly produces amusing results if used on original series titles,...

a note about the new divx codec

for anyone who has downloaded the latest divx codec (5.1.1) complete with divx player, you're probably aware that you can only download the free version if it comes with adware, which is so dodgy a spamming tool that it makes realplayer's nightmarish takeover functions look like a pleasant memory.

happily, there's a dead easy way to remove it. just go to add/remove programs (assuming you're running windows), look for the program called "divx adware", and uninstall it. it's as...

Okay, so, I'm currently revisiting all the BTR audios in narrative order. I wanted to listen to them all from the first through to the latest and in a recent post on the opinion forum Matt said a built in part of the Real Player program allowed you to burn them onto audio cd. This sounded great to me as my computer speakers have quite awful sound and I was keen to enjoy them all on my stereo system instead. I stumbled across them recently, and thought that adding them might add a new dimension to the site.
