especially as we've had another thorough review in the meantime, which does start to indicate the passage of time if nothing else.
nothing is certain. maybe.

I'm nearly there - listened to all of Dom of the TARDIS again to get some perspective and have got 15 minutes to go on Dom of the Daleks - damn train journeys are too short!

don't you live in morayfield? last time i passed that way, it seemed quite a distance from the city.
mind you, a train isn't always the best -- or quietest -- lace to listen to something and concentrate on it. nothing is certain. maybe.

Yes, Morayfield. The train I catch gets me into town in about 40-45 minutes.
So this morning I was able to listen to DOT and all bar 15 minutes or so of DOD. Trev. |

Finally got around to downloading this, and it's definitely an improvement on the original. The new incidental music creates a much more Christmassy feel, while the removal of the rap can only be a good thing

Thanks for the new feedback Morgan! Am glad you found the improvements I've made were all helpful in making the final product more enjoyable! I am confident that this year we will be able to record our 2004 Christmas tales well in advance of their proposed release dates, to ensure that the quality is not compromised to ensure we meet release date deadlines.

New listener here. Listening to MPCOD... about half done now.
Sorry if this turns out to be a plot point, but just a small nitpick. The "Lord Nelson", named after the famous general? And Waterloo? Unless the BTR universe is really alternate or the Doctor's grasp of Earth history has deteriorated significantly, Lord Horatio Nelson was an admiral, and his greatest battle against the French was at Trafalgar in 1805, at which he died. Arthur Wellesley, the Duke of Wellington, was the general who fought and, with the help of the Prussians, defeated Napoleon at Waterloo, in 1815. Other than that, good work, guys. Enjoying it so far. |

i can't believe i never picked up on that particular historical point when script editing, and i've always known that it was the duke of wellington at waterloo, and i suppose i suspected that nelson would be an admiral, since "lord nelson's got a vote", as baldrick so incorrectly put it.
anyway, for continuity purposes, i'm happy to put it down to the doctor having had one or two too many drinks that evening, so he stuffed it up. either that or he was trying to corrupt zautrino's education! glad you're enjoying the piece in other respects. it's sometimes hard to believe that what you're listening to is doctor who, i'll grant you, but taken in the right spirit (there's that pun again!), if you're having fun listening, then we've achieved what we set out to achieve. nothing is certain. maybe.
