Recording Report: The Ukrainian Vampire |
Lead | |
|
The 8th story in our sci-fi anthology series, The Ukrainian Vampire by Peter Grehan went before MiniDisc today at BTR's Melton Road studios. Boasting an all-male cast (a rarity for BTR), much fun was had by all - and we even recorded an extremely funny bloopers reel. However, most of that involved cast members Jacob Aldridge and Kane Major goofing it up with lots of very poor Russian jokes. We might stick some of them on the end of the CD, but we might just hang onto them for our own amusement. Anyway, as Director of this piece I was very pleased with all the performances today, and look forward to post-production duties in October. This story will form half of Volume 5 of Beyond Traditional Recognition, due out from BTR Audio in January 2004. The other story on the CD is entitled The First & The Last, and is due to be recorded at the end of this month.

i hope that wasn't meant as an insult, matt. after all, with no smiley, i'm confused as to its intended meaning. (that said, it probably saves confusion for some people, so what do i know!)
nothing is certain. maybe.

Of course - we have to treat people like crap if they really think it should go both ways... especially if Ebulliance is involved.
Do you know how damn hard it is to get that stuff out of carpet? My parents still haven't forgiven me after the recording session for Fortitude in a Slipstream and The Ouroborous Heart - that's the real reason we stopped recording there... |
