Goodness me... the lunacy from the pen of Luke Goodwin continues to weave its insane magic in this second collection of short pieces from the man who obviously works for St. George bank (as evidenced by the fact that some of what he has drawn is over the top of transaction receipts and such like!). I would have thought that after nearly 150 pages of this kind of lunacy, I would be bored with it - after all, it is such a repetitive concept. However, it's because it's repetitive that I think it never gets boring - Luke kills his characters off in so many weird ways possible, with an almost total lack of morality. Favourites of mine from this collection include Tree Top and World Cup Fever. Also nice to see some detailed sketch work from Luke as well.
