I've just finished listening to the first outing of a new group of Aussie actors and actresses creating their own series of Doctor Who fan audios. Despite boasting some pretty dodgy sound design, and a lot of scenes in which it is unclear what is going on (and ergo ensures a lot of head scratching is undertaken on the part of the listener) the script is quite witty in places, and some great examples of wonderful Aussie humour on display. In many ways, this story succeeds in the areas I've said the DAM Audios output hasn't - it manages to successfully parody Doctor Who, and be entertaining at the same time. With some wonderful jokes (I love the ending!), and some brilliant comic acting, Dogma Audios are off to a great start, and I look forward to their next audio.
